By using Webshot by Tuxxin ("the Service"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Webshot by Tuxxin provides a free, no-account tool that captures full-page screenshots of publicly accessible web pages and returns the image to you for download. The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or continuous availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Capture content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party.
• Automate requests in a way that circumvents, abuses, or evades the rate limits.
• Use the Service for mass scraping, bulk archiving, or commercial data collection.
• Attempt to access private, authenticated, or internal network resources (SSRF).
• Submit URLs pointing to localhost, private IP ranges, or internal infrastructure.
• Probe, attack, or otherwise interfere with our servers or third-party systems.
• Resell or repackage the Service without written permission from Tuxxin.

We reserve the right to block any IP address or request that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without notice.

3. Rate Limits

To ensure fair access, each IP address is limited to 5 captures per 15 minutes. Attempting to bypass this limit (e.g. by rotating proxies to inflate usage) is a violation of these terms and may result in a permanent block.

4. Content & Copyright

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to capture and use screenshots of any web page you submit to the Service. We do not archive or retain screenshots after delivery — files are deleted immediately on download or within one hour. We do not claim any ownership of screenshots you generate.

We are not liable for any copyright infringement arising from your use of screenshots generated by the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tuxxin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service is provided free of charge; accordingly, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service is limited to USD $0.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
